Job Description
We are currently seeking a full time Cook.
Major responsibilities include:

Prepare lunch and/or dinners

Prepare menu items on Roasting ovens, and Grills

Review menus prior to preparation of food

Assure that all food procedures are followed

Follow all sanitation guidelines

Become familiar with new menu items

Requirements
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training( preferred, not required)
-
Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience (preferred )

Experience with quantity food preparation (preferred)

Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements

Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate (Due 30 days after hire)
